Celwyn Rudner is a practicing exercise physiologist. He holds
B Hon degree in Sport Science and a B honors degree in Sport Science through
the Rand Afrikaans University. He is currently reading a BSc degree in
Human Physiology and Biochemistry at the Rand Afrikaans University.
Celwyn is a social athlete, age group cyclist, runner, triathlete and
Iron Man finisher.
The primary focus of his practice is isolating the specific needs of the
individual.
His practice is divided into two related segments , namely Exercise Physiology
and Therapy. Exercise physiology is the science of physical evaluation
and testing of the individual with particular emphasis on the activity
concerned. All recommendations are outcome based and assist in meeting
nutritional and performance needs.
Massage therapy is a support system based on this evaluation. The result
being, a reduction in physical and emotional tension. This is a method
of speeding up recovery by means of promoting physical and mental relaxation.
